1. BZCF150SDF vehicle type reverse circulation drilling machine is my factory product of independent innovation, is a kind of vehicle type rotary table rotary drilling rig. Mainly applies in the Quaternary loose layer, gravel, rock layer on basis of various construction pile hole drilling, drilling is also suitable for the industrial and agricultural water;

2. This drill use China Dongfeng storica special chassis, transmission, transfer case, gearbox, double hoisting unit, mud pump, drilling sand pump, all mounted on a transport chassis;

3. The rig equip with positive and negative circulation pump, sand pump valve pneumatic control, drilling mud flushing liquid can be used as, through the mud pump, sand pump switch to realize reverse circulation drilling;

4. This rig install the hydraulic system of the whole car, tower hydraulic taking off and landing, the hydraulic control of the four legs, two rear legs can be scaled horizontally; retrofitting two mechanical screw legs and in the tail, enhanced stability, four hydraulic legs either operate separate action, to improve the flexibility of the rig, easy to rig fast leveling;

5. This rig powered automobile engine, install sub-actuators and hydraulic systems, vehicles operating, drilling operations the same machine interaction;

6. The main drive rig is for the mechanical drive, the drill pipe have thread and flange two kinds of connection forms; screw connection drill rod unloading rod fork pneumatic reciprocating, hydraulic unloading bar, fast and efficient, than the flange connection pipe, improve the efficiency of 5 times, not only simple operation and labor saving, and mobile location quickly;

7. This rig can be according to requirements, choose the optional MF15KW generation group, to facilitate the construction site lighting at night;

8. The rig can according to user requirements, choose the optional 7.5KW vacuum pump diversion system 6BS, 8BS gravel pump diversion;

9. The rig can according to user requirements, choose the optional hydraulic pressure device can auxiliary pressurized drilling encountered mudstone, strongly weathered hard texture layer, in order to improve the efficiency of the pore-forming;
